A MODERN & DIVERSE BUILDING COMPLEX
Building Our Future From The Past
Since the first building was built in 1899, The Olde Pickle Factory has undergone millions of dollars in renovations to maintain the complex as a state of the art facility home to a diverse array of tenants. Under the same ownership since 1995, The Olde Pickle Factory has served the Medina area’s growing need for new property and real estate projects through impressive integrity and a commitment to delivering results with the highest quality standards. Our professional team works closely with both tenants and the owner in order to come up with results that exceed expectations. Comprised of 14 buildings, the complex totals approximately 400,000 sq. ft, stretching across 26 acres.
